Dwayne is the Lead Pastor for Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC which he planted in 2007. Additionally, he is director of Pastoral Care of the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne is passionate about equipping the future generation of biblical counselors. The Board of Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is an author of several online pieces and also contributes to Christ-centered biblical counseling: Changing lives with God's eternal truth (eds. Kelleman, Viars). Dwayne has three kids with the wife Leslie.
