Dwayne is the Lead Pastor of Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, which he founded in 2007. He is also the director of Pastoral Care of the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne is enthusiastic about empowering the next generation of Biblical counselors. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written numerous online publications and also contributes in the Christ-centered biblical counseling book Transformation of lives using God's unchanging truth (eds. Kelleman and Viars). Dwayne along with his wife Leslie have three children.
