Dwayne serves as the pastor of Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, which was founded by him in 2007. He is the director of pastoral care of the Acts 29 Network. The main goal of Dwayne is to equip the next generation of biblical Counselors. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is a writer of numerous online publications, and also a contributor to the book Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling Change lives through God's unchanging truth (eds. Kelleman as well as Viars). Dwayne has three children with his spouse Leslie.
