Dwayne serves as the Pastor-in-Charge of Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, that he established in 2007. He is also a member of the board for the Acts 29 Network and he is the Director of Pastoral Care for the network. Apart from pastoring Dwayne has a love for helping the next generation to become biblical counselors. He is a member of the board of directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written numerous articles on the internet and has been a contributing author to Christ-Centered Bible Counseling and Change Lives with God's unchangeable truth. Kelleman and Viars).
