Dwayne is the Pastor-in-Charge at Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC the church he established in 2007. In addition, he serves as director for Pastoral Care of the Acts 29 Network. He is passionate about educating the next generation of Biblical counselors. He serves on the Board to Directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the writer of numerous articles on the internet and an author of Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling: Redefining Lives by God's Unchangeable Reality (eds. Kelleman, Viars). Dwayne and wife Leslie have three children.
