Dwayne serves as the lead pastor at Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, which was founded by him in 2007. He also serves as the pastor's director to the Acts 29 Network. His passion is to train the next generation of biblical counselors. He sits on the Board of Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the author of many online publications and is a contributor to Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling: Transforming Lives through God's Ever-changing truth (eds. Kelleman, Viars). Dwayne with his wife Leslie and their three children.
