Dwayne is currently the lead pastor at Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, which was founded by him in 2007. He is also a member of the board for the Acts 29 Network and he serves as Director of Pastoral Care for the network. In addition to pastoring Dwayne is passionate about equipping the next generation of biblical counselors. He is on the Board of Directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the writer of numerous online articles and the author of Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling: Changing Lives with God's Unchanging Reality (eds. Kelleman, Viars). Dwayne with his wife Leslie and their three kids.
