Dwayne is the pastor in charge of Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC which he planted in 2007. He serves as a board member of the Acts 29 Network and he serves as Director of Pastoral Care for the network. Dwayne's passion is equipping the future generation of Biblical Counselors. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the author of numerous online articles and the author of Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling: Redefining Lives by God's Unchangeable Truth (eds. Kelleman and Viars). Dwayne, his wife Leslie and their children.
